“巴米揚大佛”，相信許多朋友，都聽說過。

它是阿富汗最廣為人知的名勝古跡，深藏在阿富汗巴米揚山谷的巴米揚石窟中，歷盡滄桑，至今已有1500多年的歷史了。

巴米揚大佛，最為津津樂道的，有兩段故事，非常值得一提！

一個是它曾經歷過3次劫難，其中一次，發(fā)生在20年前。

話說2001年春天的時候，阿塔（也就是阿富汗塔利班）不顧聯(lián)合國和世界各國的強烈反對，竟然動用了大炮、炸藥以及火箭筒，硬生生地摧毀了巴米揚兩尊大佛。

這件事，當年在國際上，曾引起不小的轟動！

兩年后，也就是2003年，為了保護這處歷史遺跡，聯(lián)合國教科文組織，將巴米揚谷文化景觀和考古遺址，作為文化遺產列入《世界遺產名錄》。

然而，可惜的是，文化古跡，已經被破壞得很嚴重了！

其實，關于巴米揚大佛，還有一件事，也非常值得一提。

那就是，我們古代著名高僧玄奘法師，西天取經途中，曾經到訪過巴米揚。

更加令人嘖嘖稱奇的是，玄奘在《大唐西域記》中，還特別指出：巴米揚東西大佛，建立之前，此處已存在先王所建的伽藍。

“城東二三里伽藍中有佛入涅槃臥像，長千余尺”。

這是《大唐西域記》中的原文。

可見，一千多年前，在我國唐朝時期，阿富汗巴米揚這片區(qū)域，就已經是一片“佛國勝地”了。

所以，當年遺留下那么多古跡，也就在情理之中了！
